My EA says "Authentication Failed" — what do I do?
Check that your Agent Auth Token in the EA inputs matches exactly what's shown in your dashboard. Tokens are case-sensitive. If the token was regenerated, update it in MetaEditor. Also ensure the n8n webhook URL (gf.adorbistech.com) is reachable from your MT5 machine.
The strategy is returning NO_TRADE — is something wrong?
NO_TRADE is a normal response. It means the AI analysed market conditions and determined no high-probability setup exists. This is expected during low-volatility periods, news blackouts, or outside your configured trading session hours.
How do I activate the Kill Switch immediately?
Log into your dashboard and click the red Kill Switch button. This sends a command to the n8n brain within seconds and sets a flag preventing new trade commands. Trades already submitted to your broker may still execute — contact your broker to cancel pending orders if needed.
I was charged but my plan didn't upgrade. Help?
Email billing@guerrillafare.com with your transaction ID (from Stripe email receipt). We'll manually verify and apply the correct plan within 4 hours on business days.
